Other ways to Give
Our horses are the heart of Giant Steps. Sponsoring a horse helps provide feed, veterinary care, farrier services, training, and everything else they need to safely serve more than 400 riders each year.
Horse sponsorships are tax-deductible and may be renewed or upgraded annually.

Giant Steps is proud to serve as the fiscal sponsor of the Linda Rubio Scholarship Fund. Established by respected equestrian educator Linda Rubio, the fund helps low-income youth access horseback riding lessons and equestrian opportunities at participating barns throughout the North Bay.
By removing financial barriers, the fund opens the door to the confidence, skills, and lifelong benefits that horses can provide.
An exceptional therapy horse creates opportunities for many people.
We're always interested in meeting horses with the temperament, soundness, and movement needed for adaptive riding. Prospective horses complete a screening process followed by an evaluation before acceptance into the program.
