Trevor Gilmore is the CFO of The Menke Group, a firm focused on the formation and advisory of employee-owned companies. Trevor is responsible for the finance operations, and leads the valuation business, which values over 300 private companies per year. Trevor is a licensed California CPA, holds the Accredited in Business Valuation credential and has a BA in Economics and an MS in Taxation.
Trevor first learned of Giant Steps when his mom volunteered with us in 2009. Over the years, Trevor has served as a horse sponsor, an event committee member, and a member of the Internal Committee. In his free time, Trevor is an avid cyclist and enjoys exploring the world with his husband, Fred.
